Nikos Kondilas has built his "Studio Rena" into the slope above Kampi bay. From the spacious terraces you have a fantastic view above the amazing panorama. In the south you can admire the monastery on Patmos and in the north you can see the mountain ridge of Ikaria. Each of the nine studios has got its own bathroom and a kitchen. During the high season the rent is about 40 Euro (ca. £ 28) per day. In the low season 24 Euro (£ 17) and in the early and afterward season the rent is 18 Euro (£ 12,45). In a leisurely walk about 15 minutes you reach the islands metropolis. Nikos Kondilas, the owner of the studios manages the transfer to the studios. Mr. Kondilas is a central figure in touristic affaires. He speaks a bit english and italian. Nikos Kondilas devotes time for each of his guests and you can trust in his advice.
